The former Belevidere Motel, Cafe, and Gas Station in Litchfield Illinois, on Route 66.  Origninally opened as a one room gas station in 1929, Albin and Vencenzo Cerolla, expanded into a full service complex with gas station, cafe, and motel by 1936.  The business closed when route 66 was bypassed by Interstate 55 in the 1970's.
